  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You can check your Order Status in the website: 1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP] 2. Select [ORDER HISTORY] 1. For Home Delivery You will receive an email with your tracking details when your order is shipped out. Please use this to check on the delivery status of your order. You may visit Ninjavan and enter the tracking number indicated on your confirmation e-mail. 2. For Click & Collect You will receive an email when your order is shipped out and an email notification when your order is available for pick-up at your chosen store. It will take a few days for it to arrive at the store. Be sure to also check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email is not in your Inbox folder. Order processing may take up to 2 business days. If you do not receive any email notification from us after that time, kindly contact our Customer Center Team using the links below.
  • How can I proceed with Return and Policy?
    Return & Exchange means you want to return the items to us and exchange or replace with another item (different color, size, etc.). If you wish to return and get a refund, you may refer to our Return & Refund Procedure and click here. Online Purchase Items purchased online can only be exchanged in our physical stores, provided that the items meet our Return Policy. There is no online processing for exchange. You may visit any of our branches nationwide to exchange your item (subject to item availability). Please bring all the documents with you. Store Purchase For items purchased in our physical stores, you may visit any of our stores to process the exchange. Please bring your original receipt with you. Kindly refer to the complete Returns Policy for further guidance.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, kindly follow the steps: 1. Click on [MEMBERSHIP] 2. Click on [ORDER HISTORY] 3. The Cancel button will appear if your order is eligible for cancellation. You may click on the Cancel button to complete the process. Once order cancellation has been confirmed, we will send you an email to confirm the cancellation and process your payment refund. If the Cancel button is no longer available, you have an option to return the item/s when you receive the package. Or you can contact our Customer Support Team through the channels below for further guidance.
